“Our dog had surgery in another clinic, but on a Friday night we noticed there was still one stitch remaining after removal. With the long weekend upon us, we were keen to get out as soon as possible. We rang Randal at 9am the following morning and despite him not being our usual vet, he said he could take it out right away. We popped down to the clinic, stitch removed, all the while he was talking gently to our dog and giving her treats. Less than 10 minutes later it was all over at no charge.
